Agrapart & Fils

Company founded in 1894 in Avize, in the heart of the Côtes des Blancs, by Arthur Agrapart great grandfather of the current owners Pascal and Fabrice. Since the company's creation, Champagne Agrapart & Fils has been a Champagne by Récoltant Manipulant (RM), in fact, the generations of passionate winemakers who have followed each other have always intervened on the different stages of winemaking, from work in the vineyard to bottling and marketing. The Récoltant Manipulant has this privilege, because it manages and controls every moment, from the maturation of its grapes to the evolution of its wine. The Agrapart company is located in Avize and its vineyards, equal to 9.75 hectares, mainly in Oger, Cramant, Oiry and Avize (all Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs). This geographical situation in the heart of Champagne and in the villages classified as "Grand Cru" is exceptional. The chalky soil, specific to the Côte des Blancs, creates the ideal conditions for the Chardonnay vineyard and brings freshness and elegance to the wine. Consisting of 62 plots (some are over 60 years old), the average age of the Agrapart vineyards is around 35 years.
