Albert Pic

The Albert Pic Maison dates back to 1755 and belongs to Baron Patrick de Ladoucette, the well-known producer of the Pouilly Fumé "Baron de L". The large investments made in recent years have meant that Maison Pic now boasts one of the best wineries, with modern equipment and advanced technologies Unlike most of the producers who market all other qualities of Burgundy wines in addition to Chablis, the Maison Albert Pic specializes only in the production of great white wines. It boasts a complete Chablis range that includes all the classic denominations of the area, to which is added the jewel of the house: the Chablis Pic Premier. In Chablis Chardonnay boasts a particular mineral richness due to its marly and limestone soils. The maison works its vineyards with full respect and environmental care to totally preserve and enhance its unique terroir; hence the choice to only use steel and cement tanks, no barrel.
