This aromatic vine was planted for the first time in South Tyrol in the late nineteenth century, and then, for several decades, it was grown almost exclusively in Terlan, near Bolzano, on sandy volcanic soils. But in reality, it develops excellent qualities even on calcareous soils. The style of our Sauvignon Blanc derives from the interaction between grapes of different terroirs, mainly sandy and gravelly.

Optimal aging: 1-2 years
Origin: Selected vineyards in Terlano, Magrè, Cortaccia and Termeno.
Altitude: 250 - 520 meters a.s.l. porphyry of volcanic origin, very limestone soils in Magrè, Cortaccia and Termeno.
Age of vines: 8 - 67 years
Harvest: end of August - beginning of September 2017
Vinification: Fermentation: at controlled temperature in steel
Refinement of the wine: on the fine lees in steel (about 4 months)
Alcohol 12% vol.
Acidity: 6.5 g / liter
