It represents the soul of Barone Pizzini because it embodies the living nature of all its vineyards. It was created to crown the long and pioneering renewal process in the vineyard and in
the cellar that sanctioned the birthright of Barone Pizzini in the biological experience in Franciacorta.

Biological

According to the rules for labeling organic products, this wine carries the wording "organic wine" on the bottle.
It is the fruit, like the other Barone Pizzini wines, of the choice towards processing methods, in the countryside and in the cellar, aimed at guaranteeing a superior quality of the wine,
while preserving intact the characteristics that nature can give to grapes.

All Barone Pizzini vineyards, in Franciacorta, in Tuscany (Poderi di Ghiaccioforte) and in the Marche (Pievalta) are certified according to the specification of organic viticulture.

Barone Pizzini

The story of Barone Pizzini has its roots in Franciacorta. It was this rich territory that taught the importance of diversity, the expression of the land, and translated it into a wine that represents it. A past that has distant roots, firmly rooted in the earth. A memory that tastes of authenticity and right choices. The story of more than a century of passion, commitment and respect. Barone Pizzini is active in three other territories, where they produce wines with different characters, but with the same principles of respect and sustainability.
