Color: The color is bright, straw yellow.
Smell: Fruity, fresh and elegant
Taste: The flavor is reminiscent of the scent, in the fruity hints of apple and pear.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with delicate fish dishes
It is produced with grapes selected from the hills of Conegliano, terroir from which its minerality and dry extract derive, and from those of Valdobbiadene, which give crunchiness, acidity and
freshness. A particularly stimulating Prosecco on the palate and rich in malic acid. In addition to Glera, there are parts of Verdiso and, to a lesser extent, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.
Extreme care in maceration and pressing, i.e. the stay of the must with the skins overnight at low temperature, allows the best expression of the varietal aromas enhancing the aroma, the fruity
flavor and the flavor.
Bisol
Excellence, from the earth to the glass Even today, as in the past, the company makes the quality of the territory its greatest pride and added value. So effectively summarizes Gianluca Bisol, general manager of the company: "We work with great passion so that Conegliano has the same prestige as Reims, Valdobbiadene with the same charm as Epernay and Prosecco with the same reputation as Champagne". A care that we find in the vineyards, where Bisol governs every single phase of the production chain with the utmost attention, from the breeding of the vine to the sale, from the grape to the glass. The vineyards managed by the company have an extension of 20 farms, located in the most suitable areas of the Denomination. A highlight is the hectare managed in the top area of the Cartizze hill, the most precious vineyard in Italy. Through a cyclical generational change, Bisol continues to pass down from father to son and to divide the managerial tasks among family members: a solid family unit that gives strength to the historic company.
