Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Smell: The nose expresses fresh fruity sensations and white flowers.

Soil: Medium mixture tending to clayey.

Breeding system: espalier with guyot pruning.

Harvest: Manual harvest in cases, second ten days of September.
Vinification and aging: Fermentation in stainless steel at 18 °C, aging in stainless steel tank for three months and aging in bottle for 1 month.
