Bruno Rolli

The Bruno Rolli farm, family run, is located in the flat area of the Salento peninsula, in the countryside of Copertino, about 15 km from Lecce, a city of art and culture. It was part of a single agricultural complex, now dismembered, of over 350 hectares, with a production center in the "Mollone" farm built in the seventeenth century, with characteristic rural environments, a school and a sober Baroque style church. The company has a strong preference, following the seasons, for the cultivation of vegetables (artichokes, fennel, aubergines, tomatoes, courgettes, chicory, turnips, etc.), Simeto, Kamut wheat and for quality wine production such as Primitivo, Merlot, Montepulciano, Negroamaro, Malvasia, Verdeca and Moscatello Selvatico (typical variety of the area almost lost).
