Color: Wine with a strong straw color.

Smell: expresses its intense aromaticity with the olfactory fineness of the scent of rose water

Taste: rich, enveloping and harmonious taste, with the flavor of apples and hazelnuts.

Food matches: Excellent aperitif, it is ideal for seafood, crustaceans and roasted fish dishes.

The grapes are cooled to 12 ° C and, after destemming, they remain in contact with the must for 48 hours. The flower, activated with selected yeasts, ferments at 18 ° C for a week.

It is 1929 when Francesco Candido produces his first wine. An important date that marks the beginning of a wine history, all of Salento, which still continues today, thanks to the work and passion of Alessandro and Giacomo, representatives of the third generation of the Candido family.
