Salento IGP Rosato Susumaniello Primitivo Corerosa 2019 - Cantina Due Palme

Color: Brilliant cherry pink.
Smell: The nose is delicately fruity and floral, with notes of black cherry, cherry and raspberry.
Taste: The palate is lean and fresh, with a good balance and pleasant persistence.
Food pairing: Perfect for appetizers and dishes based on fish and shellfish, raw seafood and sushi.

Corerosa as "pink heart" from the Salento dialect, meaning the passion for rosé vinification, as well as the extreme selection of grapes in the countryside.
The rosé trend is in continuous and exponential growth, both in Italy and abroad, therefore it will not surprise a Gold Edition of our best rosé, obtained from even more selected grapes of Susumaniello and Primitivo vinified in rosé.

Vinification: Maceration with very short contact of the skins with the must and alcoholic fermentation.
Aging: In steel.

Since 1989, the year of its foundation, Cantine Due Palme has as its main objective the vinification of quality products, obtained from the typical grapes of the area such as Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, Primitivo and Susumaniello. All stages of production, from the cellar to aging to the bottling line, are guaranteed by meticulous quality controls.
