Selvamara is a selection of 100% Negroamaro grapes obtained from traditional plants called settonce.
The seventh planting made from our typical Apulian saplings, is the ideal combination for the production of excellent quality grapes.
It promotes maximum 360 ° insolation of the canopy.
Plants are located at the vertices of an equilateral triangle; this favors the circulation of air inside the plant, and the same ground air available to each individual vine.
It is an ingenious system devised by the Roman centurions, who also reproduced it with a coin, signifying the enormous value attributed to this invention.

Harvest: Late, manual in small boxes.
Vinification: The grapes are placed in the drying room for 60 days; subsequently they are macerated in horizontal rotary fermenters.
Aging: In wood for 6 months and refined in glass, before being marketed.
