Following our original recipe, we flavor the mushrooms with Mediterranean herbs to give taste and character.
Mixed mushrooms are nails, champignons and musk mushrooms.
Porcini mushrooms are whole, of an important size and particularly fleshy.


Mixed Mushroom Ingredients: Moss mushrooms, honey mushrooms, champignon mushrooms, olive oil, white wine vinegar, 
salt, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300).
