Clos St. Thomas

Clos St. Thomas was born and developed in a fertile land rich in history: Lebanon. The Bekaa Valley has always been popular as a cradle of civilizations and empires (here the Romans built the Temple of Bacchus), but also as a fertile area for crops. The wine produced in Clos St. Thomas matures and acquires all its character in the castle's natural cellars. Dug into the rock at a depth of 30 meters, the caves welcome the oak barrels in a humid environment, with a low and stable temperature, ideal for wine maturation.
