Color: Bright golden yellow, with fine perlage.
Smell: The nose of great elegance and balance, aromas of tobacco, honey, apricots and citrus hints.
Taste: Mouth large and pleasantly creamy and very lively with acidity that best supports the structure of the wine.
Food pairing: Ideal with lobsters, crabs, salmon and caviar, dishes with truffles and long-aged cheeses. It highlights its particular characteristics on delicious Mediterranean specialties, even simple ones such as bread and tomato.

It is the most particular sparkling wine with the greatest organoleptic impact that the House offers. Gran Cuvée, produced only in vintages of superior quality, is a sparkling wine that d'Araprì proudly reserves for enthusiasts. Long aged it contains complex aromas.

Harvest period: Late August Pinot Noir, mid-September Bombino Bianco and late September-early October Montepulciano, with manual collection and selection of the grapes.
Refinement and permanence on the lees: Each bottle rests at least 60 months away from light and drafts and impacts, at a temperature of 13 °C in the historic cellar.
Disgorgement: A la glace manually, with the addition of the dosage syrup, about two months before marketing.
