Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Smell: The nose is fresh and delicate with notes of exotic fruit, floral and honey notes.
Taste: On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and balanced with a pleasant slightly pungent note in the finish.
Food pairing: Perfect for dishes based on shellfish, fish, but also for cheeses or delicate white meats.

Domaine Chanson

Chanson is one of the oldest manufacturers of established wines in Burgundy, since 1750. It is located in the historic center of Beaune, in a bastion dating back to the 15th century. It owns a single area of Premiers and Grands Crus in Beaune, Savigny-les-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses and on the hill of Corton. Chanson was acquired by the Bollinger Group in 1999. Gilles de Courcel, president of Chanson assisted by Jean Pierre Confuron, oenologist, has implemented exemplary quality viticulture for the best expression of the terroir.
