Vines Nebbiolo (100 %)

Color: Ruby red with garnet reflections.
Smell: The nose is intense and rich with classic varitale notes, from violet to ripe red fruits, cherry and delicate spicy notes, mentholated and mineral hints.
Taste: On the palate it is full-bodied but at the same time slender and elegant, and extremely drinkable, a Barolo capable of expressing itself in an almost everyday aspect. With an excellent tannic texture and balance.
Food pairing: Perfect match for intense and richly flavored first courses, meat with sauce and roast, game, mushrooms and truffles, medium and long-aged cheeses.

Vineyards: From 4 ha from MGA Boscareto and 1 ha from MGA Lirano, this Barolo represents a masterful balance of classicism, typicality and drinkability.
Vinification and aging: The pressed grapes ferment for about a month and then mature 24 months in barrels of 20 to 100 hectoliters before going into the bottle.

Ferdinando Principiano

Ferdinando Principiano is the Tarzan with noble features from Monforte d'Alba. Born and raised in the family vineyards, at the age of only 45 he already has over 25 harvests on his shoulders and an enormous experience: as a former modernist of Barolo, he is today one of the most solid reference points for reasoned viticulture in the Langa. In his eyes we saw clearly reflected his spirit and the entire range of wines is a succession of strokes to the heart: from the bubbles with the SoloUva Method to the Timorasso grown in Alta Langa and then to all the classic reds of the Langhe, treated with equal dignity from Dolcetto to Barolo.
