A united family, two brothers who share a common vision and then pass on their values ​​for the next generation. Today Raoul Huré and his two sons, Francois and Pierre, are controlled in Ludes in the Montagne de Reims. For Huré-Fréres, Champagne has different facets according to the terroir, with each village, each slope and each plot of land that offers its unique aromatic profile. i commit not only to respect these differences but above all to express as much as possible. The vinification starts from a selection of the finest to obtain complex and elegant Champagnes: they must represent the most real reflection of the soil from which they come. Aware of the environmental footprint, when using a Champagne, it uses environmentally sustainable agricultural practices, paying close attention to the terroir, the surrounding environment and the vegetative cycle. All that is summarized in: use of organic compounds, minimal soil tillage, careful pruning and pruning method adapted to each vine, constant observation of plants and foliage.
