Alto Adige DOC Kerner Carned 2019 - Kaltern

Color: Intense straw yellow.
Smell: The nose is intense, rich and aromatic with notes of yellow peach, mango and coconut milk.
Taste: On the palate it is soft, fresh and balanced, with a pleasantly sweet trail, full of fruity flavor, aftertaste characterized by fullness of aromas.
Food pairing: Perfect for dishes based on fish, shellfish, sushi, fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables.

Age of vines: 10-30 years.
Yield/hectare: 6 hl.
Breeding system: Guyot and pergola.
Production area: Steep slope facing south/southwest 700 m above sea level, characterized by sandy-clayey soil originating from porphyritic erosion.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the destemmed grapes, maceration for 18 hours, natural settling, slow fermentation at controlled temperature of 18 ° C (50% spontaneous in oak barrels), maturation on the fine lees in steel tanks for 5 months, filtration and bottling in March.
