Production area: Hilly vineyards with east exposure on 550 and 650 m above sea level. Medium-textured clayey limestone soil, very mineral.
Vinification: Destemming of ripe and healthy grapes, soft pressing, natural settling, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 °C, aging on fine lees for 3 months in steel tanks.
