Alto Adige DOC Pinot Grigio 2019 - Kaltern

Color: Straw yellow.
Smell: The nose is delicate and elegant with notes of pineapple and ripe pear.
Taste: On the palate it is soft, fresh and balanced, with good aromatic persistence.
Food pairing: Perfect for appetizers based on fish, shellfish and sushi.

Age of vines: 6-26 years.
Yield/hectare: 70 hl.
Breeding system: Guyot and pergola.
Production area: Hilly vineyards with south and east exposure between 300 and 450 m above sea level and clayey limestone soil.
Vinification: Pressing of the whole ripe and perfectly healthy harvested grapes, natural settling, fermentation at controlled temperature of 18-20 °C, maturation of 3 months on the fine lees in steel tanks.
