Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Rosè K 2019 - Kaltern

Color: Intense cherry pink tending to bright ruby red.
Smell: The nose is elegant and rich with fruity notes of raspberry, cherry and black currant.
Taste: On the palate it is full-bodied, slender and lively, fresh and balanced with a fruity finish.
Food pairing: Perfect for appetizers and appetizers based on fish, crustaceans and sushi, but also suitable for white meats, tartare and carpaccio.

Age of vines: 6-16 years.
Yield/hectare: 60 hl.
Breeding system: Guyot.
Production area: Warm vineyards with clayey limestone soils with a prevalent skeleton.
Vinification: The base of this rosé is very important. The must is fermented in stainless steel at low temperature from Cabernet, Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes. Malolactic fermentation partially carried out and long aging on fine yeasts.
