Production area: Vineyards with exposures from southeast, northeast and west between 400 and 550 m above sea level. Well ventilated with cold nights during the ripening period of the grapes. Medium-textured calcareous mineral soil.
Vinification: Ripe and selected grapes perfectly healthy, fermentation in oak vats with maceration for two weeks at 25 °C, malolactic fermentation.
Aging: Maturation for 12 months in barrique and tonneaux, light filtration before bottling.
