Color: Bright straw yellow, fine perlage.
Smell: The nose is elegant and intense, with floral, citrus and candied fruit notes, with hints of toasted almond and pastry notes.
Taste: On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and savory; great balance and enveloping. Very long mineral persistence.
Food pairing: Excellent for fish dishes, shellfish and crustaceans, sushi and tartare, fois gras and fresh or lightly aged cheeses.

Lelarge Pugeot

Domaine Lelarge-Pugeot has over 200 years of history, when the first ancestor of the Lelarge family settled in Vrigny, in the northwestern part of the Montagne de Reims, a Premier Cru village, The first bottlings arrive in 1930. In the early 1980s, Dominique Lelarge, married to Dominique Pugeot, began to lead the company by founding the current Lelarge-Pugeot, leading production towards respect for nature and biodiversity. This philosophy was consolidated until organic certification in 2010, the first 100% Meunier bottling, the ancestral grape variety of the estate. Today Lelarge-Pugeot is certified organic and in conversion to biodynamics. With less and less importance towards the quantitative aspect and more and more towards the qualitative one, the aim was sincere and authentic results of the terroir and the tradition of a family with a very long wine history.
