Color: Pale straw yellow, fine perlage.
Smell: The nose expresses elegant floral and peach notes, hints of citrus, almonds and honey.
Taste: On the palate it is well-structured, fresh and sapid; great balance and minerality. Persistent.
Food pairing: Ideal for fish dishes, shellfish and crustaceans, sushi and tartare, fresh or lightly aged cheeses.

Blend: 70% vintage + reserve wines.
Average age of the vines: 25 years.
Vinification: Natural, with 6 months of aging in cuve.

Lelarge Pugeot

Domaine Lelarge-Pugeot has over 200 years of history, when the first ancestor of the Lelarge family settled in Vrigny, in the northwestern part of the Montagne de Reims, a Premier Cru village, The first bottlings arrive in 1930. In the early 1980s, Dominique Lelarge, married to Dominique Pugeot, began to lead the company by founding the current Lelarge-Pugeot, leading production towards respect for nature and biodiversity. This philosophy was consolidated until organic certification in 2010, the first 100% Meunier bottling, the ancestral grape variety of the estate. Today Lelarge-Pugeot is certified organic and in conversion to biodynamics. With less and less importance towards the quantitative aspect and more and more towards the qualitative one, the aim was sincere and authentic results of the terroir and the tradition of a family with a very long wine history.
