Vines Chardonnay (20 %), Pinot Meunier (25 %), Pinot Nero (55 %)
Bubbles , Jahrgangswein, Millesimato, Millésimé, Rosè

Color: Salmon pink with orange reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Smell: The nose is elegant and intense, with spicy notes (Sichuan pepper), combined with concentrated floral notes (violet and gentian). Shades of roasting and mocha, give life to an elegant bouquet, then more open with notes that recall wild raspberry.
Taste: On the palate, pinot noir is expressed with its intense fruit, its tense and juicy structure, and with ripe, almost sweet tannins.
Food pairing: Perfect for dishes based on fish, shellfish and important crustaceans, seafood, raw fish, sushi and tartare, but also for meats and cheeses.

Vintage 2012: The 2012 vintage is among the most difficult and delicate ever seen in Champagne. The low yields, the result of the climatic adversities linked to the continental conditions at the end of the season, have allowed us to reach a rare and epic level of maturation, giving life to rich, full-bodied and structured wines, worthy of the greatest vintages of Champagne.
Production area: The grapes come exclusively from the Côteaux de Cumières. A small percentage of the Pinot Noir del domaine is harvested separately and macerated for a few days in cold and without alcoholic fermentation, before being added to the juice of Brut Nature Blanc.
Vinification: 15% of the grapes pass through the wood. No malolactic fermentation. Not dosed.

Louis Roederer

The cuvées of the Maison Louis Roederer are born from the patient comparison with the elements, from a meeting of talents, from a science of balance, from a resistant and generous grape, which has its roots in the land of Champagne. That gives birth to a wine with a solar soul, with crystalline elegance. Of a purely northern character, the wine-growing property is the mother earth from which they draw their strength. From the first 100 hectares acquired in 1850 to the approximately 240 hectares of vineyards currently owned, all the plots were patiently chosen and purchased in the best areas of Champagne, among the Grands and Premiers Crus of the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The roots of Louis Roederer's Men lie in the winemaking tradition and this is what makes us unique. Each winemaker knows his land perfectly and even "his" vine stocks, which he takes care of, year after year. This creates a unique intimacy between the vine and those who dedicate their existence to it.
