Franciacorta DOCG Edea Brut Blanc de Blanc - Mirabella

Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections.

Smell: Delicate notes of yeast and baked bread combined with a very elegant fruity (apple goldene banana).

Taste: Balanced with medium persistence, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste, rightly acidulous.

Food matches: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with rich appetizers based on salami and cheeses. Try it with a fish tempura.

Scented with flowery meadows, it is a praise to the sun and daylight. The sweet, rustic and fresh citrus is the spontaneous embrace of a meeting between friends.

Yield: Not higher than 95 quintals / hectare.
Harvest: Manual, only of perfectly ripe healthy bunches collected in small perforated boxes.
Vinification: Soft pressing with very low yields (65%). Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 
16-18 ° C in cement tanks.
Aging: Minimum 24 months on the lees in bottle and disgorgement at least 3 months before marketing.
