Franciacorta Docg Saten - Mirabella

Color: Golden thick.

Smell: Delicate and intense with a prevalent sensation of honey, banana and yeast enriched with fragrant vanilla.

Taste: Delicate carbonation and sugary syrup recall softness, SILK from which the word SATÈN. Pleasantly acidic and remarkably persistent.

Food matches: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with rich appetizers based on salami and cheeses. Try it with a fish tempura.

It rolls unexpectedly on the palate and surprises. Like an oxymoron of contrasting perfumes where the sweetness of flowers, honey and exotic fruits play with savory and stimulating notes.

Yield: From 80 quintals / hectare.
Harvest: Selection of golden bunches and well exposed to the sun of vineyards at least at the age of 18.
Vinification: Gentle pressing, selected yeasts and low fermentation temperatures. 10% of the Franciacorta base ages for 6 
months in French oak barrels.
Aging: More than 36 months in stacks in contact with yeasts, plus 3 rest after disgorgement.
