Champagne Brut Cuvée 225 Millésime 2012 - Nicola Feuillatte (Box)

Color: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Smell: The nose is fine, elegant, intense and powerful, with notes of ripe yellow pulp fruit, spicy notes of vanilla, citrus, notes of bread crust and pastry.
Taste: On the palate it is structured, intense, velvety and creamy, balanced and harmonious with great persistence and minerality.
Food pairing: Excellent combination with fish and shellfish dishes, land appetizers, raw vegetables, delicate white meats, cold cuts and cheeses.

Aging: In used barrels of Chablis and Meursault, then on the lees for at least 8 years.
