Color: Golden yellow.
Smell: To nose is rich, elegant, fruity and floral, intense with hints of dried apricot, magnolia, pineapple, toasted hazelnut, highlights hints of exotic fruit and broom. With aging, mineral hints of hydrocarbons and toasted hazelnuts prevail.
Taste: Dry, warm, soft, full-bodied, with adequate freshness and strong aromatic persistence which amplifies the notes perceived by the nose.
Food pairing: Perfect for fish and shellfish dishes, white meats, cold cuts and cheeses.

Vinification: Soft pressing and static settling preceded the start of alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 12 °C, at the end of which the wine remained in contact with the fine lees for about 2 months.

Tenuta Scuotto is a young Irpina company born in 2008 that has managed to combine a strong passion for wine with an entrepreneurial spirit founded on a strong will to excel respecting tradition and territory. So Eduardo Scuotto's desire is now a corporate project capable of creating products with unique characteristics towards the land and the perfect balance between advanced technologies and skills of specialized professionals. Accomplice of this realization is the particular composition of the soil based on sand and clay and the constant temperature variations that characterize the uniqueness of these places, giving the grapes a particular imprint that leaves an unmistakable mark in the glass. The company's production, around 40,000 bottles a year, is diversified between Aglianico, Taurasi, Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo and Falanghina del Beneventano. Today in the company alongside his father Eduardo his son Adolfo, tied by the same passion for the land and who, with his lively personality, has been able to give the maison that imprint of modernity to face the new challenges of the market.
