Color: Bright straw yellow.
Smell: Hints of citrus and exotic fruit, as well as floral references and balsamic herbs.
Taste: Tasting is mineral, fresh and elegant. It appears to the eye in bright straw color.
Food pairing: It goes perfectly with first courses and fish soups, fresh cheeses, eggs and savory pies.

Altitude: 200-300 meters a.s.l.
Soil: Medium texture tending to sandy.
Harvest: Manual in small baskets.
Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation in steel with selected yeasts.
Aging: In stainless steel for a few months.
