Vines Timorasso ( %)

Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Smell: The nose expresses fruity hints of pear, peach and notes of acacia and hawthorn, typical notes of honey. With the evolution it expresses typical hydrocarbon and mineral notes to give greater complexity.
Taste: On the palate it is dry, warm and soft, very balanced. Good acidity finish that gives a lot of length and persistence to the palate.
Food pairing: Perfect for raw meat, cold cuts, hot and cold appetizers, first courses and white meat preparations. With the perfect evolution for aged cheeses.

Production area: Vineyards located in the municipality of Monleale (AL).
Exposure: South-east and south-west.
Vinification: Fermentation takes about 4 weeks partly in ceramic, partly in wooden vats and partly in steel. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.
Aging: 10 months in total between ceramic, wooden and steel vats, in contact with the fine lees kept in suspension with repeated bâtonnage.
