Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in open steel vats for a duration of 2 weeks, with a system of mechanical fungus, "de-aging" and numerous pumping over in the air, all at a temperature between 26-32 °C. As soon as the alcoholic fermentation is over, it is moved to barriques where malolactic fermentation takes place.
Aging: In barriques and casks for about 16 months.
