Color: Straw yellow, fine perlage.
Smell: The nose is intense, elegant and complex, with notes of fresh red pulp fruit, chalk, brioche and dried fruit.
Taste: On the palate it is fresh and savory, mineral and soft with fruit and citrus aromas. Good persistence.
Food pairing: Perfect for dishes based on fish and shellfish, tartare and carpaccio, salami and medium-aged cheeses.

Dosage: 9 g / l.
Agricultural practices: Limited impact of activities on the environment. HVE (High Environmental Value Level 3) certified. Grassing for 17 years, plowing of all soils; organic treatments.
Production area: 30 plots in the area of the village of Courmas.
Soil: Calcareous limestone.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers and malolactic fermentation, then refermentation in bottle according to the Champenoise method.
Yann Alexandre
Yann Alexandre is a manipulant récoltant who represents the eighth consecutive generation of family to take care of the owned vineyards. The company is located in Courmas, a small village northwest of the Montaigne de Reims, with a mostly clayey and calcareous soil. The vigneron cultivates 6.5 hectares distributed over 9 different municipalities, for a total of 30 plots, of which: 60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir, with a total production of around 25,000 bottles per year. The vine is worked with respect for the soil and the environment, conducted in search of a perfect balance between the earth, the plant, the cultivation and the selection of healthy and ripe grapes, to the point that, even without any certification, a highly sustainable agriculture. The result are champagnes strongly representative of the territory, characterized by a balance between roundness, finesse, freshness.
